Hope received her Diploma in Nursing from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2002, her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2004 from Forsyth Technical Community College, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Winston Salem State University in 2008.
As a registered nurse, Hope specialized in hemodialysis and then continued on in a variety of other specialty areas within Forsyth Medical Center where she worked for 13 years. She was also a clinical instructor for nursing students at Forsyth Technical Community College for a number of years. Hope went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Winston Salem State University in 2014 and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. As a nurse practitioner she has had experience with family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care and workers’ comp patients.
Hope has resided in North Carolina all of her life and enjoys spending her time away from work with her three sons.
