Beth was born and raised in Jonesville, Virginia, a small town in the southwest tip of Virginia. She earned her diploma in nursing from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Knoxville, Tennessee and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
She initially worked for 10+ years as a Registered Nurse in acute care working in medical, surgical and neuro-trauma intensive care, coronary care, cardiovascular surgical care, emergency department and labor and delivery. Later, after staying home with her children while they were small she became a Family Nurse Practitioner where she has worked in both primary care and pain management. She enjoys working with pain management patients, helping them attain their highest level of functioning.
Beth is nationally certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She lives in the Charlotte area with her three children.
